How do I login to the customer portal?

If you already have login credentials, you can login by clicking on "Sign in" via the main menu. Enter your e-mail address and password and proceed by clicking "Log In".
 

I forgot my password. What do I have to do?

In the main menu, under sign in you find a link. Click on the link and follow the instructions. After that you will receive a email whith intstructions to the email address you chose when you signed up.
 

How can I change my user details (eg. password)?

Click on your name in the header, click on "Change password"
 

Can I create an offer in the customer portal?

Add materials into the cart, when you check out the cart you can choose to send in a quotation or an order.
 

I am a private person - can I place an order?

To day are only companies allowed to by at Tibnor, as a private person we want you to take contact with our partners.
 

Can I add a new consignee?

Our salespersons can create new consignees, after that you can choose them when you Check Out our Cart. If you want to create a new consignees,, contact your sales representative in Tibnor.
 

How do the user rights and roles work?

To day everyone have the same permissions.
 

How do I assign roles and rights to my employees/colleauges?

All handling of roles and permissions is done by sales representatives in Tibnor. If you want to create new roles / permissions, contact your sales representative in Tibnor.
 

How can I delete my personal information?

Contact us and we will remove your personal information in our ERP-system and in our customer portal.

Quotation/order

Can I alter or add to an existing order if I have forgetten about something?

All order changes are made in contact with Tibnor. Instead of adding rows to an existing order, you can create a new one.
 

Can I change my delivery address for a new order?

All order changes are made in contact with Tibnor. Please contact us.
 

I would like to make a complaint about the product I've receieved, what should I do?

Enter the order status, find your order and then create a deviation report. It will help if you send a picture if it is an injury.
 

Can I add specific requests for my order or specific order lines?

Yes, you can add specific transport and labeling requirements.
 

How can I cancel my order?

All order changes are made in contact with Tibnor. Cancellations can only be made in accordance with current terms of sale.
 

Which documents are available online?

Through order status in Tibnor's customer portal you can download order approval, quotation, delivery note, invoice and certificate.
 

How do I use the Quick Order feature?

TIf you already know in advance what article numbers you want to order, you can use the Quick order feature. To use it, log in to the portal and go to your shopping cart. Inside the shopping cart, enter the desired item number and click on "check article no". If the item number is correct, the product pops up and you can easily add it to your shopping cart. A perfect way to work when ordering a number of products from an already predetermined list. If you have your own article numbers can also match these with Tibnor's article numbers. This means that you can dispense the Quick order function with your own article numbers and the right product appears. Contact your Tibnor sales representative if you want to match your article numbers.

Payment/invoice

Which kind of payment options can I use?

We only send invoice.
 

I have questions about my invoice. What should I do?

All questions regarding invocies are handled by your sales representative at Tibnor.
 

How can I change my billing address?

All changes are handled by Tibnor. Contact your sales representative at Tibnor.
 

How can I download an invoice?

Through order status in Tibnor's customer portal you can download order approval, quotation, delivery note, invoice and certificate.

Delivery

Do you deliver to other countries?

If you have an approved delivery address, we can deliver where you wish by your agreement.
 

When is the cut off time for next day delivery?

It varies depending on the place of delivery, generally we have a stop time at 12.00.

Product/price

Where can I find my personalised prices?

When you are logged in, after you have filled in the quantity you want, you will see your prices in the shopping cart. Cost for packaging and shipping will be added.
 

I am unable to find the product I am looking for - what can I do?

All questions regarding products are handled by your sales representative at Tibnor.
 

How do I get material certificates for my orders?

You specify on each order line whether certificates are desired. The certificate can then be downloaded from the order status page.
